Effective Date: March 30, 2026By downloading or using Manhua Life - Life Simulator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.---1. Use of the App
The App is a single-player life simulation game developed by Stari Studios. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.---2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers optional one-time purchases and an auto-renewable subscription ("Premium Pass").* Premium Pass is billed at $0.79 per month.
* Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
* Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
* You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Account Settings > Subscriptions.
* Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.One-time purchases (Remove Ads, God Mode, Tower World, Siege World) are permanent and non-consumable.All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.---3. Virtual Content
All in-game items, currency, progress, and unlocks are virtual content with no real-world value. They are licensed to you, not sold, and may not be transferred, traded, or exchanged for real currency.---4. Advertisements
The App may display ads through third-party services. Purchasing "Remove Ads" or "Premium Pass" removes interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available by choice.---5. Account and Data
Game progress is stored locally on your device. Stari Studios is not responsible for lost data due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.---6. User Conduct
You agree not to:* Use the App for any unlawful purpose
* Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data---7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including code, art, text, music, and game design — is the property of Stari Studios and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.---8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stari Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.---9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stari Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.---10. Changes to These Terms
